Individual Therapy for Relationships

When one person does something differently, opportunities are created for changes in relationships. We can look at what you realistically can and can’t change in your troubled relationships and how you can express yourself, take care of yourself, and get what you need. This may involve re-defining relationships, behaving differently, setting limits, saying no or saying yes, ending relationships, nurturing existing ones, and developing new ones.

We can look at healing and positive change in past relationships that are still troubling you such as with a deceased parent or parent you are now caring for who cannot participate in relationship change.
